"Rising Strong: The Salon Owner's Journey to Business Resilience"
Meet Percival Usman, fondly known as Niño, a determined salon owner from Salvador Street, Labangon.
With confidence and determination, Niño applied his learnings from the series of training programs organized by the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry in partnership with the Cebu City Government through the Cebu Investments Development Concierge Center (CIDCC) Project.
The training also conveyed an important lesson – anticipating potential disruptions by creating a business continuity plan and prepare himself along with his business in identifying potential hazards, occurrence of disasters and prioritizing the safety and welfare of his employees, their families and his business.
Nino is very grateful to the Cebu City Government and the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, to Mentor Virgilio Espeleta for his invaluable lesson in financial management, acknowledging as well the transformative coaching of Mr. Ronald Payao and the inspiring story shared by Mr. Benny Que.
Join Niño as he exemplifies resilience amidst adversity and strive to create a brighter future for his family and community.“Persist despite mistakes for it is through these mistakes that we learn and strengthen our journey to success” Percival “Nino” Usman, Salon.
